Fake deeds and plans adjusted

The Araliya hotel in Wattala has been taking over properties at a rate in the area. We have found out that it involves a lot of fake deeds and bribes given to get the plans done and approved. The hotel is funded though drugs and prostitution but this is also not enough. We are told by a few land owner many who are have been living in the area but now own the land due to the prescriptive law have had their homes lands taken over. the long grey building is being made after taking over many properties. Access roads to peoples homes have been blocked as the master plans have been adjusted. Many of these people didn't have deeds so those were made by him. Land registry and the municipality are bribed. If you take the grey building and investigate and look up the previous owners and how the transfers happened how the roads disappeared you will see where the bribes went. More people are losing their properties due to this thuggery.
