Mmy passport was expaired and then I applied through one day service paying Rs. 10,000. one officer suggested me to pay an additional Rs.1000 to get it quickly. So I get it done around 10.30 am. This is quite normal thing happeneing at the passport issuring section in Colombo. Even security officers, small shop owners of this premises know about this method.
