Cinnamon Garden Police

I was stopped by a Police Officer of above Police on the above date at 12.25 pm saying that i didn't stopped at pedestrian crossing near BMICH . This officer said that its recorded on CCTV . Said if i go to the Police Station and meet two officers i can change court case to a spot fine,

But when i met the Traffic OIC he said for the particular offence no spot fine can be issued .

I had to go to courts , waste 5 hrs , pay a fine of Rs. 2000/- . On a subsequent date i passed this particular spot i didn't see any CCTV cameras.

I think this particular PC was looking for a Bribe or trying to reach the days target given by his superiors.
